Your own box office, at your own address
LivePass gives venues, promoters and collectives a complete ticketing website under their own brand and domain. Put a show on sale in minutes, run the door on your phone, and keep your audience.
None of our branding on top.
Friday night residency
Every Friday · doors 8pm
One system. The site above is re-keyed live — colour, name and copy are the tenant’s.
One fee per ticket
Nothing to pay up front. A flat fee per ticket sold, and nothing at all on a free ticket.
Your own address
Launch on yourname.livepass.nz, or point a domain you already own at it.
Paid through Stripe
Card payments through Stripe. LivePass pays out after the event, or connect Stripe and be paid the moment a ticket sells.
Scanned at the door
Camera check-in that keeps recording when the venue wifi gives out.
Your site, not a listing
Same system.
Different key.
Every organiser gets the same machinery underneath and a site that is unmistakably theirs on top. Six landing templates, twelve starting looks, eleven typefaces, your own colours and photography, video backgrounds, a media library, an about page, a contact page, ten ticket designs, and a custom domain with the DNS records written out for you. All of it edited from your dashboard with a live preview.
Design
Six templates, twelve starting looks, eleven typefaces, or any colour you like. Reorder and rename every section from your dashboard.

Are You Ready?
Get AccessSix templates, eleven typefaces
Carousel, centered, editorial, posterwall, split, filmstrip. Your colours, fonts and photography on whichever you pick.
Ten ticket designs
Stub, pass, thermal, wristband, poster and more. Choose which fields print.
Your domain
events.yourvenue.nz or the whole domain, with the records you need shown on screen.
Sell the way you actually sell.
Types and tiers
A type is what someone buys — General Admission, VIP, Under 16. A tier is what that type costs right now — Early Bird, then Regular. Buyers pick a type; its tiers sell in order automatically.
On sale when you say
Set an on-sale time and buyers get a countdown. Hide the event until then for a surprise drop, or announce it to everyone the moment it opens.
Sold out is not the end
Waitlist when you sell out. Presale lottery for the shows that will. Comps that never eat into capacity.
Choose who gets in.
Private events on a link only you can share. Member lists with a request form and an approval queue, so the people who should be there are, and the people who shouldn’t aren’t. A site-wide access code while you’re still setting up. 18+ by default, opt one event out.
There is no LivePass marketplace.
Your buyers are on your site, not ours.
Every ticket is one person
Two hundred tickets is two hundred people, arriving at one door, in about an hour.
The door does not have wifi
Scanning happens in the dark, one-handed, with a queue behind you. LivePass downloads the check-in list before doors and keeps recording when the connection drops — then syncs when it comes back.
One number for the whole door
Checked in and admissible across every scanner, not just this phone.
Door staff see the door
Give someone one event’s door and nothing else.
Admitted
General Admission · 1 of 1
Already checked in
Scanned at 20:09 on another device.
Admitted
Comp · added to the door list by the organiser
Queued offline
Check-ins are being recorded on this device. They will sync when you are back on.
You keep the door
One service fee per paid ticket, shown to the buyer before they pay. Nothing on free tickets, nothing up front, no plan. Cancel a show and every purchase is refunded in full, service fee included — the payment processing on those refunds is charged to you. Every event has a budget sheet with break-even, margin, and GST if you file it.
Settlement: LivePass holds ticket money and pays it out once the event has happened, so a cancellation can still refund every buyer. Connect your own Stripe account and Stripe pays you the moment a ticket sells.
Run it with people.
Team
Roles
Site admin, event manager, door staff, promoter. Each sees exactly their part.
Per-event crews
Co-organisers and door staff on one show, not your whole site.
Activity log
Every refund, comp and edit, with who did it, kept even after the thing it describes is gone.
Fill the room
Promo codes
Percent, dollar or fixed price. Gate them on holding a ticket to another show. Mint 500 at once.
Campaigns
Email ticket holders, the waitlist, or everyone, with the recipient count shown before you send.
Lifecycle email
Reminders, change alerts, thank-yous and a post-show summary, all in your branding.
